!DEATH: From brother, Clark Johnson, and printed obituary.

!NOTES: Grew up in Fannin County and Grayson County, Texas. Later moved to California where he worked as a bus driver. Returned to Texas and worked as truck driver and ranch foreman. Was very talented in working with livestock. There are a number of interesting stories associated with him, such as the time he was in Reno?, Nevada (before Las Vegas became the Nevada place to go) playing black-jack, and because of his skill he was hired as a dealer. There is a tape in my files of him talking at the 80th birthday of my father in Conroe, Texas.
