Tombstone now located in old Bluff Church Cemetery: "In Memory of Margaret McKethan who departed this life April 17th, 1841 Aged 79 years and 3 mos." This stone is among the group moved from the McKethan Family Cemetery in 1986.

Her marriage date is based on her first child Neill's birth in 1790.

Margaret had a brother named Colin Campbell, b. 1755, d. Mar. 31, 1819 buried in Bluff Church Cemetery. The stone reads "Erected by Margaret McKethan in memory of her brother Colin Campbell who died 31 Mar. 1819 aged 66 years."

The will of Daniel Campbell, written April 1, 1797, proved Jan. 1800 names: Sister Florinee or Florince Campbell in Scotland, Argyle Shire Second sister in Scotland, Argyleshire Niece Margaret McKethan Niece Jean Anderson Collin Campbell "my brother's son" Mary Smith "my housekeeper" Extrs. Neill Galbreath, John Blue Wit. John Galbreath, Malcolm Galbreath
