!NOTES: Alex and Lucy had one child who is buried in Carson Cemetery. After the death of Alex, Lucy married Joe Bloodworth who was Alex's brother. There were NO other children of either the marriage to Alex or to Joe.

!NOTES: For many years she and her brothers and sisters organized a family reunion. Since her father (James William) and his brother (Albert) married sisters, some of these other family members sometimes attended. In the late 1950's my grandmother, Ellie (Duckworth) Johnson attended this. The last such reunion we attended was in 1981, where some of these family group charts were obtained. Both she and her husband were gentle, soft spoken people. In the mid 1980's she had an artificial hip implanted because of arthritis. Shortly after she recovered from this she was in an auto accident and sustained severe injuries which required several weeeks of intensive care before her recovery. Even in this time of difficulty for her, her spirits remained stromg and positive.
