!NOTES: J. W. Duckworth married what appears to be a T. P. Parker on 5 Jan 1886 in Fannin county, TX. Death certificate for their son Walter W. Duckworth has Jno W. Duckworth as the father and Trecia Harper for his mother. Teresa Priscilla Duckworth's death records has the father as "Howard Parker born in Tennessee" And "Perlina E. Yeager" was the mother with a don't know where her mother was born.

!NOTES: She died as a result of a fire in her Dallas Residence at 2609 Merlin Street in Dallas. Cause of death, accident, burns. Occured on July 31, 1944. "Caught fire from gas jet" Priminary cause was "Fire burns about left thigh, Pubicreginetc" 4 days... Contributory: "Acute Cystitis" 5 days... "Senile debility" 1 year. Informant was R. S. Duckworth of 2609 Merlin Street in Dallas.
