!NOTES: Riely Townsend book states on page 48: "Peter and Temperance Arnold Ross had been living (in Logan county, KY) for about tweny years. Susan Ross was born there and the family moved to Dallas county, Alabama by the. 1830 census (Perer Ross with a family of 5 boys and two girls). 1840 census of Dallas county, AL show Peter and Temperance Ross living next door to Allen Townsend and Susan."

!NOTES: 1810 Census of Logan county, KY has 1 male under 10 and one male between 27 and 45 and 2 females under 10 and 1 female 17 to 26. And 1 slave. The Ross Family were neighbors of Henry Smith. There is a another Peter Ross family in Logan county, KY in 1810 but that family has 5 males under 10, 1 male 11-16, and 1 male 27-45. That works for Peter, but his wife was 21 in 1810 and this second Peter Ross has 2 females under ten and 1 female 27-45. This does not fit Temperence Arnold's age in 1810.
