!NOTES: Obit for Eula Duckworth from Lubbock Avalanche Journal, Oct 15, 1989: "Post (Special) - Servies for Eula Covey Duckworth, 88, of Post will be at 2 p.m. today in First Baptist Church with the Rev. Joel Horne, pastor, officiating. Burial will be Terrance Cemetery under direction of Hudman Funeral Home. She died at 2:45 a.m. Thursday in Twin Cedars Nursing Home after a lengthy illness. She was born in Mount Pleasant and moved to Post in 1939. She married Walter Duckworth in 1932 in Lubbock. He died Feb 12, 1976. They ran a feed store and a Texaco distributorship. She was a Baptist. Survivors include four nieces and a nephew."
